3. Does TrainerCentral AI use my course content to train the language model? I'm concerned about data privacy.

No, TrainerCentral doesn't access your course content or use the data to train any language models. We have deeply integrated ChatGPT AI to provide assistance in different steps of course creation. Because the users are using their own ChatGPT key, the course data is accessed only by OpenAI.
